		For Calenders - Google Calenders works really well for us, we can sync our diaries so that we all know where each other are!  We also record our to do lists -www.google.com
		For File Storage - As well as having a complete file safety and storage system at our headquarters, we also use Dropbox so that we access files on the go either on computer or smartphone.  For example, one of our clients quickly needed to know a figure from his tax return for his tax credits application but no-one was in the office as it was a weekend!  The managing partner was able to access Dropbox on his i-phone and quickly find a PDF of the tax return with the required figures!  We use Dropbox securely so that a password always needs to entered and cannot be accessed by just anyone - www.dropbox.com
		For Bookkeeping & Accountancy - Sage, as far as we are concerned, are our main providers of Bookkeeping, Accountancy and Payroll Software.  We find Sage a rigid, well designed and helpful software tool.  We are members of the Sage Accountants Club and can therefore provide our clients with software with large discounts on the price that Sage quote! - www.sage.co.uk
